چکیده

The purpose of this study was to explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism walnut peptide LPF in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells model. down-regulated phagocytic ability and production nitric oxide (NO) induced by LPS-stimulated RAW264.7. Molecular docking analysis showed that can bind into active pocket inducible synthase (iNOS) with high affinity. Further, mRNA expression (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were suppressed intervention. Later, we validated under-expression INOS protein western blot. decreased IκB-α demonstrated effects related regulation NF-κB signalling pathway. Our results suggest has potential be developed as a functional food ingredient against inflammation.

P163: The Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Human Amniotic Membrane Epithelial Cells-Derived Condition Media

The human amniotic membrane known as the innermost single epithelial-covered layer provides many applications such as applicable anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects. These immunomodulatory effects belongs to the epithelial cells, a type of epiblast-derived fetal stem cells which currently used for regenerative medicine and transplantation. These cells are collected by author-prepared faci...

Anti-inflammatory Activity of Morus indica Linn

Anti-inflammatory activity of the ethanolic extract of the leaves of Morus indica Linn. was studied in wistar rats using the carrageenan induced left hind paw edema, carrageenan induced pleurisy and cotton pellet induced granuloma model. The ethanolic extract (100 mg/kg, p.o.) inhibited carrageenan induced rat paw edema. It also showed an inhibitory effect on leukocyte migration and a reduction...

Hypoglycemic agents and potential anti-inflammatory activity.

Current literature shows an association of diabetes and secondary complications with chronic inflammation. Evidence of these immunological changes include altered levels of cytokines and chemokines, changes in the numbers and activation states of various leukocyte populations, apoptosis, and fibrosis during diabetes. Therefore, treatment of diabetes and its complications may include pharmacolog...

Anti-Nociceptive and Anti-Inflammatory Activity of Araucaria bidwillii Hook

The effect of alcoholic extracts of leaf from Araucaria bidwillii Hook. [ABH] (Family: Araucariaceae) was evaluated in experimental models of pain and inflammation. Oral administration of 100, 200 and 300 mg/kg of leaf extracts of ABH were used for the above study. The leaf extract at 300 and 200 mg/kg showed significant reduction in acetic acid induced writhings in mice with a maximum effect o...
